Parenting is not only about guiding our children, it is also about understanding the stories, wounds, and emotional patterns we carry within ourselves.
So often, what we didn’t receive from our parents, we try to offer wholeheartedly to our children.
And yet… our children have a beautiful and sometimes challenging way of showing us exactly what still needs healing inside us.
They are mirrors ,tender, honest, and unfiltered ,reflecting the parts of us that seek attention, understanding, and love.
This Coffee Morning Circle opens a gentle and safe space to explore the profound relationship between parents and children, and equally, children and parents.
It is a conversation about connection, emotional inheritance, and the love that waits quietly to be acknowledged.
During this workshop, we will explore the topic through several perspectives:

Understanding the energetic and emotional patterns that repeat across generations.

How traditions, unspoken rules, and inherited dynamics shape the way we parent and the way we see ourselves.

Navigating connection, presence, and emotional balance in a fast-moving digital world.
The circle will be warm, open, and reflective a space to share, listen, and create clarity without judgment.
To make the experience even more enjoyable, our host, Dorina Bejan, who is a Thermomix adviser, will be offering snacks and drinks so we can stay nourished and energized throughout our conversation.
